10.2 By You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Tax Code Heroes, LLC. Termination by you will be effective upon receipt of your notice by Tax Code Heroes, LLC.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of this Agreement, for any reason:

(a) You will cease using all Tax Code Heroes, LLC services and immediately delete all data and information obtained from Tax Code Heroes, LLC.

(b) You will be liable to Tax Code Heroes, LLC for any unpaid fees or charges related to services provided prior to termination.

(c) Tax Code Heroes, LLC will have no further liability to you under this Agreement, except for any obligations accrued prior to termination.

(d) Any provisions of this Agreement that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect, including, but not limited to, limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and confidentiality.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas.
